Great place to buy a car. I have bought 9 cars from these folks all the way back to 1991 and have always felt fairly treated. I will keep going back which is more than I can say for some of their neighboring dealers. They make the purchase process as simple and painless as possible. I am a backyard mechanic and do nearly all my own service but when necessary to bring the car in they get the job done as efficiently as possible.

After having a terrible experience buying a car at a different dealership, my husband and I were nervous when it came time to purchase again. We initially only came here because it was closest to us and we could just look at cars to get an idea of what we wanted-- but we were surprised by the customer service and sales team! Tony Latona helped us, and made us feel so comfortable. His laid back approach was exactly what we needed and gave us space all while being informative, helpful, and answering every single question. We never felt pressured and Tony helped us to get the car we want and also getting the payment we could afford. It was a great experience and we will definitely recommend him and also Vacaville Honda!

My family has been bringing our cars here for years and they've always done a good job, no complaints. A few weeks ago, I was way overdue to get my breaks fixed - they were screeching like nails on a chalkboard and my tires needed to be changed as well. They got my car fixed quickly and gave me a pretty decent deal on new tires. (I apologize, I can't remember the names of the people who I spoke with at Honda but the ladies at the front desk are rockstars). To all you awesome people at Vacaville Honda: Thank you for doing what you do well and I appreciate the great work you've done on my car.

I HATE buying a car!!! It is the worst thing for me. I feel like no matter what I am being taken advantage of. This is how I felt until I met Adam at Vacaville Honda! He took the time to first listen to me on what I wanted and what I did not want or like. He then showed me a car he thought would be a perfect for for me. When I need another car this is the only place I will go!

What a difference a day makes. After having a horrible experience at ******* Honda the day before we were hesitant about the experience we would have at Vacaville Honda. We were pleasantly surprised with our buying experience. First off thanks to Dave for taking the time to listen about the trade we were bringing in. Once we got to the dealership dave was busy with another customer but sent salesman Eli Neri on his behalf. Eli was helpful and very easy going and we never felt pressured to buy or to stick with a certain car because they wanted to get rid of it. He showed us a few cars that were within our budget and gave us the time to talk alone and make the best decision. They gave us a better value for our trade-in and we were able to walk out with the car we wanted in the color and options we were looking for. Thank you Dave, Eli, and Glen.

Ask for Eli!! We got there after 5pm, and around 9 we were clearing out our old car, and driving off in the car we came there for!! Does that ever happen? Even with an accident right on site from the freeway, business got done. Eli never got mad or arrogant. He kept working with us and running around pushing numbers at his boss. I am completely satisfied with the service and the level of respect! Even left with a full tank of gas with a car that WASN'T a 2014. Above and beyond. I would recommend Eli and Honda, especially for us Military folk! Thanks Vacaville Honda for the great experience!!
