If you’re hoping to try out the efficient power of a compact hybrid SUV, then you can look no further than the 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid. Here at Vacaville Honda, we’re more than happy to introduce you to this model and its potential.
Performance
A common misconception around hybrid models is that they sacrifice power for more efficiency, but the Honda CR-V Hybrid shows how you can have both. Both the standard 2.0L 4-cylinder engine and a permanent electric motor work in tandem to generate up to 204 net horsepower1 for your drives around Fairfield. And thanks to this powertrain, the vehicle has a 43/36/40 MPG city/hwy/combined2 fuel economy rating with the standard 2WD setup. If you find yourself constantly traveling on uneven terrain, then you can always upgrade to the available Real-Time AWD with Intelligent Control System™, which helps maintain your traction by powering each wheel. To further personalize your adventure, you’ll have the opportunity to use the standard Sport, Normal, Econ, and Snow drive modes, which alter how the car reacts based on different situations.
Exterior
When you first set your sights on the 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid, you’ll undoubtedly notice its style, but upon closer inspection, you’ll find its many versatile features. One such example is the available rain-sensing wiper blades that can automatically keep your vision clear of any precipitation. Additionally, if you find yourself out late at night, the standard LED head- and taillights will be there to make it easier to see and be seen in the darkness. When you’re packing for a picnic to Spyglass Hill, the available hands-free power tailgate will make accessing the rear storage all the more simpler. Your passengers in the back will also enjoy the standard moonroof, since it breathes some added life into the cabin.
Interior
This level of utility and style isn’t just on the outside of the 2026 CR-V Hybrid, as you’ll find plenty of reasons to love its interior, as well. Featuring up to 36.3 cubic ft. of space3 behind the second-row seats, you’ll have plenty of room to pack the supplies you need. If you and your partner can never agree on what the temperature of the cabin should feel like, then the standard dual-zone automatic climate control can keep you both satisfied. If you’re sharing the vehicle with them, then you’ll also be thankful for the available two-position driver's seat memory system. This feature lets you save up to two settings, so you can return to them with the press of a button. The standard leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob deliver a more premium look and feel that will boost your mood on your daily commute down I-80. There’s more to this car’s interior than we can discuss, so be sure to stop by our dealership location to see it for yourself!

Testimonials
“ As a long-time customer of Vacaville Honda, I want to express my appreciation for your parts and service departments. Although we have not purchased a new vehicle recently — our “vintage” Hondas serve us well — your team has consistently demonstrated professionalism, respect, and technical expertise. Your shop rates reflect industry standards, and the quality of service provided more than justifies them. It is your customer focus and dependable workmanship that continue to earn our loyalty. My thanks to everyone involved. ”
“ I was checked in right on time and the service on my car was completed right on time! ”
“ Friendly staff and service completed as promised! ”
“ Not a single complaint. My wife wasn't quite sure what she wanted. Worked with Joshua Warshaswsky, and he was perfect with it. More than a few test drives, lots of questions and going home ta think on it. He was very patient, helpful and a wealth of knowledge on Hondas. He didn't push and was quick too respond with follow up info. Ended up with a new CR-V and a very happy wife. Cinthia Chavez handled all the final paper. She was very exact on going thru the final details, giving her opinion on signings and additional products. Very pleased with the entire experience. ”
“ Purchased a new car here last week. This was hands down the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had. They were straightforward and honest, this is hard to find these days! Thank you to Robbie and your team for the excellent customer service. ”
“ Williams help my friend get a car today… I must stay best customer service but even better was the fact that he went the extra mile to make sure we walked with a vehicle… I thank him and Honda for the awesome experience.. ”
“ We called to have work done on our car and spoke with Desiree in service. She is wonderful! She has amazing customer service and we were so lucky to have her help. Thank you Desiree so much for helping us. ”
“ Had had a great experience with all people that help me with the purchase of my vehicle in October 2025 ”
“ My wife and I took her mother to Honda to look for a new car, and we were helped by Jose Vallarino. Jose was amazing—he showed us multiple cars, made sure we were comfortable with our options, and didn’t hesitate to grab different keys so we could test-drive several vehicles. When it came time to negotiate, he really worked with us to find something that fit what we wanted. He made us feel safe, supported, and confident in our decision. Jose was truly the highlight of the entire experience. When we moved on to the financing portion, Cinthia Chavez took over. My mother-in-law isn’t familiar with cars, fees, or the many add-ons dealerships try to sell, so before sitting down we made a plan to help her through the process. Unfortunately, our experience with Cinthia was very different. She came across as pushy and short with us, especially when my wife and I stepped in to help explain things to my mother-in-law. She worked hard to upsell various protections, extended warranties, and add-ons, which left my mother-in-law confused. When we tried to support her decision-making, Cinthia seemed irritated. Overall, her behavior was the complete opposite of Jose’s, and we would not recommend working with her. ”
Be careful test driving any used car from this
“ Be careful test driving any used car from this dealershipt. They will not protect your safety in any way. In fact, they will put you at risk. This dealership sent my daughter out in a faulty Honda VIN19XFB2F55EE028104 2014 Civic and before she left she noticed the battery light on and asked the salesman why. He assured her it would be fine, then I received a call from her that the car broke down less than a mile from the dealership. Dont put yourself at risk. Dont go there. Arrogant, rude salespeople. ”
“ I had a recall on my car, for an engine fuel pump. I tried to call and schedule 4 times before I actually got a call back to schedule. They fixed the pump then told me I couldn’t drive off the lot because my breaks were so bad and that I needed to get them fixed. I knew they were fine so I left and got 2 other professional opinions and said they were fine. This dealership is not trustworthy. ”
“ **READ BEFORE SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE HERE** My fiancé has a 2018 CRV that has had something wrong with the AC for the past 3 years. Mind you, she purchased this in Napa; however, lives in Vacaville. Honda has had a service bulletin/recall regarding a seal that needs to be replaced as it has caused several AC's to blow hot air or make the AC perform very intermittently. Service bulletins/recall alerts for any parts are 100% covered by the dealership and through Honda. When a customer comes in requesting the recall service to be performed, they should never be charged for inspections. If during the service appointment the department finds the source of the issue is not with the recalled part, the customer should still never be charged for the inspection unless this is discussed ahead of time and agreed upon. In looking at the past reviews and from my fiancé's experience the past few years, it seems Vacaville Honda's service department is running unethical practices that prey on customers who may not understand their rights, more specifically if they are women. She had taken the car for the recall to Vacaville Honda on two occasions in different years, trusting they would take care of the issue and do proper servicing in regards to what was stated in the bulletin. Twice, they not only charged her for inspections (to the tune of $250+ each time) but both times they stated the issue was not with the recalled part. This past visit back in August, they tried to quote her for a full AC replacement for $7000. Just recently, she and I had a discussion about her car's AC and we dug a little deeper into her experiences. After reviewing the documentation and service bulletin, and after diagnosing where the problem really was, I contacted a different Honda service department to perform the service regarding the recalled part, free of charge (as outlined in the actual service bulletin). Not only was the recalled part the issue that fixed her ongoing AC problems, but it was literally a 2 hour job that should have been handled correctly the past two times she went to Vacaville Honda. As her partner, I'm infuriated a company would put her through this and having to endure over 100 degree weather each summer because she couldn't afford $7000 to "fix" the problem. As a human being, I'm completely baffled how this unethical practice has been allowed to go on with multiple customers at this location. If you are a customer here with their service department, I would encourage you to read up on your rights for recalled parts and service bulletins. I would also encourage you to seek second opinions for anything they state "needs to be replaced". After collecting the documentation of her experiences, I will be taking this higher and will absolutely be reaching out to reviewers who have had the same experience. This should never be happening, especially at a dealership, and the service department as a whole should be held accountable for their unethical practices. Happy to be a resource for anyone who has had similar experiences. ”
“ I have been a loyal Honda owner and customer for over 10 years, have purchased multiple vehicles from Honda, and my entire family exclusively drives this brand. I expected honesty, but Honda of Vacaville tried to completely take advantage of me. My HRV's cabin blower motor failed. This dealership charged me a high diagnostic fee and gave me a parts and labor quote that totaled over $700! When I was shocked by the price, the service advisor gaslit me, acting confused that I found the price high. I declined their predatory quote, went down the street, bought a replacement blower motor for $50, and swapped it out myself in EXACTLY 5 MINUTES. I unfortunately still had to pay the diagnostic fee. Charging a loyal 10-year customer over $700 for a 5-minute, plug and play fix is unconscionable price gouging! It would have taken their techs even less time than it took me. I am officially filing formal complaints with American Honda Corporate and the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. Avoid this service department. They care more about commission sales than their customers. ”
“ We had the unfortunate experience of meeting Derek in the sales department. We came in and it was sprinking a little. We are in the market to buy a medium size SUV. We wanted to see what Honda has to offer. Since nobody came out to greet us we went into the showroom to look at what Honda had. We were just trying out the CRV when approached by Derek. He did ask if he could help and I responded I just wanted to see what was comfortable in seating space. The CRV was too small so we saw a Pilot parked next to it and tried it. He came back and I said we like this car what would be a lease payment on this. He took off for a minute and came back and said $750 - $850 a month. I said that is crazy it should not be more then $650. He said are you going to buy today and I will give you a real price today? I responded I am not buying today and I just wanted an actual price if you want me to consider this vehicle. He said unless you plan on buying now I gave you a price. I said forget it we are no longer interested. I should not have to commit to buying the vehicle when I cannot get an honest answer to a simple question. By the way I have been a manager in the car business for over 22 years. I do not appreciate how you handled this. He said I am only interested if you are buying today. I said I do not want to hear anymore we are leaving. He yelled as we left we are here to help if you are buying today. I would never buy under these circumstances and because of this we decided to buy from another dealer. We would never recommend this sales person or this store. ”
“ This was my third time in 3 years with an issue with maintenance. First, my start was bad but they couldn’t tell me why. Second, was within the last 12 months. I took my car in for 2 things, torque converter which was under warranty and the 100k. Somewhere in between my battery died and I popp d the hood, nothing was connected with my intake(stock). They blamed me. This last time my wheel well panel came off while driving. They didn’t install a new panel correct and I had to bring it back. Sadly, I had to show the master tech what his tech did wrong. Even worse, management couldn’t be bothered to give me a call even after I left the voice mail on their machine, they passed it off to the best customer service rep known to man. I hope he finds a better place to work ”
“ Very rude Non helpful would not ever take my car here stay away! Worst Honda experience I’ve ever had ”
“ Made an appointment for a new key fob. Two hours waiting the advisor let me know they could not cut the key and I would have to pay an additional $60 for them to contract it out. I left and will take my business elsewhere. Just terrible! ”
“ The salesman tried to screw me on the interest rate. I was promised 0% but then they drew up the K for 3%. The Transmission died at 123K miles just outside of warranty. I should have known! I was quoted 2,200 for a CV boot. I went to Davis Honda for a second opinion and they fixed it for nearly 1/3 the price. I will never go back to Vacaville Honda or buy a Honda again. ”
“ Incompetent workers from the mechanics to the sales people. Haven’t had a single good experience. Don’t bother, just go to Fairfield instead. They’ve been able to handle everything this location couldn’t. ”

“ Dominic Manno the service Advisor needs a raise he went far and beyond. I had a family member die back in Kansas City and we were going to drive but my front brakes were squeaking and somehow he was able to get me in on that day at 2pm to get me some new breaks on so I could start driving to KC on that day. Thank you Dominic and the mechanic who put them on ”
